Cutlery concentration

My American friends are always fascinated to watch the way I eat with a knife and fork and are beginning to realise that it is less labour intensive than the way they do things, ie, they cut some food with their knife and fork, then put down the knife and switch the fork into their right hand, then do that all over again for the next mouthful.........so Louise and Hugheen are deep in concentration here, learning to eat from the fork in their left hand. They'll get it eventually I am sure!

I think the photograph is hysterical, Tricia. Louise and Hugheen really are totally focused
on the English technique for eating pizza, and the guy at the far end has a mouthful! I'm glad you didn't crop him out!

Nice to see you guys are starting to eat the English way. Hugh, Debs, remember my square cutting at Deadwoods last year? :-)))). Challenge - you know when you have got it right when you can eat peas without them falling off - when the fork is, as you guys say - upside down - Kevin
