Another leaf, I know…It’s part of a series of photos I took in a rainy morning, by the lake.
This leaf, well this leaf is stubborn and proud and it braves the rain,
too used to glorious green of summer to accept to become golden at its turn.
I think I like leaves more than flowers, as if they had a lower profile,
but a deeper inner strength.
Then, after all reddish and golden leaves are the enchanting flowers of autumn.
