BMI - I fall like I said ...color prejudice. I lost my 2 luggages via BMI from Heathrow to Leeds. Basically, BMI must transfer my 2 luggages to my address. 5 days, no one from BMI called me anymore. I called to check, both with myself, university accommodation service, and myfriend. Awfully, when I knew that my bag reached at Leeds Airport on the second day, I decide to pick up my luggages by myself, under the guidance of my thaifriend at Leeds. BMI sent a luggage to the american student who flown on the same flight. Who will take this reponsibility of this occurence?
