I bought the faucets and sprayer attachment for the kitchen off of Ebay for 45 bucks. New stainless steel sink, and underneath the sink, where p traps leak and renters don't give a damn, I laid floor tile on the base of the sink cabinet. That way, the water will have to go somewhere besides soaking into the sink cabinet floor.
