As ive actually come to blows over a street shot i can understand just how you felt seeing that reaction. But i was shooting 20 mins later, just goes to show you that photographer is not less subjective then any other art. He clearly has no understanding or street photography, but then the camera can lie and catch an expression that looks angrier then it actually is
I've of the opinion that if you believe in what you're doing defend it. Shoot open and honestly, up close and perosnal which is what this genre has always been about.
