Void of Color

Inspired by JD...who had a bad day. ;o(

There was no color
I found in this day
Everything around me
Was dark and grey.

All went wrong
From beginning to end
For my heart and soul
There is nothing that could mend.

Down I lay my head
Willing hard for a new tomorrow
And for the night's damp air
To wash away all my sorrow.

Dawn I will awake
To find in this day
Everything that is around me
To be happy and gay.

Thank you soo much, Jen. I already feel better ;-) The text suits perfectly my day. The image is really appropriate. As if the see was about to flood the world, under an heavy dark cloud cover. Quand le ciel bas et lourd pese comme un couvercle Sur l'esprit gémissant en proie aux longs ennuis ...
