A bit Hazy and perhaps too many shadows (even mid day), I wanted to include this shot to make my Yosemite pictures more complete. Clouds Rest is higher than Half Dome!

The backside of Half Dome looms up on the left, and Yosemite valley which is perhaps the only part of the park many people see is below(to the right) and beyond. The part directly below Half Dome is just above mirror lake, and above that is what I call Tenya Canyon. Above Half Dome and just to right is what might be Sentinel Dome on the Glacier point road. Directly below that , and below half dome, might be Glacier Point itself.

The moderately long hike starts at Tenya Lake(Sunrise Trail Head) which is a good drive from the valley. See the photo from Olmstead Point for a view of Clouds Rest (not that dramatic) and of Tenya Lake for the trailhead, both is the Yosemite gallery
