After the snow finally melted, we were back on the road again and so were Afghanistan's nomads; the Kutchies. Even the Army will slow down and stop for them. They are a neutral people in this conflict. This can be both good and bad. The enemy or any other people can travel with them as long as they too remain neutral while travelling with them. We have seen babies, both human and animal straped in webbing on the backs of the camels and donkeys for the days of migration movement of the Kutchie people.
