This is a kind of seagale which is not very often to see.
They are larger than the blue-white ones, and they have funny patterns on the feather.

At the time of the Democratic Republic of Germany, Rostock was the biggest habour city of the country. Today it is still the biggest city in the state of Mecklenburg.
