The treatment worked really well - to be honest, the blue between the branches or along the edges of branches works in the photos favor - gives the tree a standout quality that acts like special lightin.

It's reatively simple in Photoshop. Use the picture with the sky as background, copy cabin into the second layer, select with the magic wand all of the blue sky and delete it (when you erase part of the image in second layer the background becomes visible). Problems are only with small details. If you look closer you can see the blue spots still between the brances. I tried to eliminate them with eraser but some are still there. Thanks for your interest.
