Frame 6 - altered Blue Osprey P8108276.jpg

Now that I have read that there is a Blue color cast through out my image I have also made the decision that it is not a desirable color cast.
Any time a color cast is determined the photographer must ask the question, Is this a good or bad color cast?
I must now decide how to correct it. I do not advocate any one technique and there are many that are good ones. One technique might work on one image and not on another. I often change my technique or use parts of several techniques to suite my desires on any particular photo. It is up to each individual to choose what they wish to accomplish, what they wish to do or to try to correct a particular image.

The picture above has been altered and in my opinion improved but not corrected. I did the alteration with a combination of tools in CS2.

All of this alteration was done manually.

The next Frame (7) shows the Histogram of the Altered Picture above.

You may now advance to Frame 7
