From the thumbnail I thought you had been in USA. The photo has something which reminds me of American pictures of buildings, maybe the sharpeness and the depth of colours.
It's so bright, nearly hyperrealist.

Stunning sky timing: couldn't be more perfect for the symetry with the building!
The composition is great, the light superb and those three elements (clouds and plant) make a very fine final touch!
