Despite the warnings of the weather forecast, the sun did decide to pay us a visit this evening. Liam has gone away with his friend and his parents to their holiday caravan near Dunkeld. Linda and I decided to make a break for it. France was our preferred option, but what with all the bother with air travel just now we decided to make do with a bar meal in Arbroath instead, followed by a leisurely stroll around the harbour before heading home.
