While passing the statue one afternoon in the summer....
I saw how high the flowers had grown because of all the rain.
It made me chuckle how they were almost overpowering the women.
I photographed the 'sight before me' to send to Professor A.E. Ted Aub,
the sculptor who teaches at Hobart William-Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY.
I like to keep him informed of what the "women" are up to.
He had a different take on the abundance of flowers... he absolutely loved it...
and thought they looked beautiful. On second look... I did like the look of the
photograph and it has become one of my most popular selling cards.
