This is of either his first or second tumor reduction surgery. The incision was on the front of the upper gumline. The excess tumor was then removed with the remaining tumor shaped to form cheekbones. After the surgeries his face would swell to a point where both eyes were just slits. As the swelling went down bruising would begin to appear and he looked like he lost a heavy weight boxing match. The tumors continue to grow and he has had many, many tumor reduction surgeries since.
