7-23-6 Liberty Lake

Went on my first backpacking trip this weekend to Lamoille Canyon in the Ruby Mountains. The place is gorgeous and right now full of wildflowers. We hiked up and over a 10,400 foot Liberty pass to get to this lake.

Wow! Looks like a great destination for your first backpacking trip. Like the foreground wildflowers and of course the deep blue lake. Beautiful shot and a well deserved vote.
