This test is NOT directly comparable to "Best resolution using D70" pic. In this case Imatest internal DCraw converter was not used as with all previous D70 Imatestings. The reason is very poor resolution figures obtained that way. Due to more aggressive D200 AA filtering, resolution reading are simply unrealisticaly low. This is why I'm switching to Adobe ACR when measuring resolution. It's built-in sharpening (left at default setting of 25) compensates nicely D200 AA filtering. Tested with the same lens this way I get similar results as with D70 and DCraw conversion. Downside of this change is that you won't be able to make direct comparison of new tests with the old ones.
