UPDATE (in my words/I'll replace with Sarah's when she sends out a new update email): Still some positive signs but also worries about other infections. It's one of those two steps forward, one or two back right now. Sarah and John remain positive and are an encouragement to others around them at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
