It is interesting to see Wild Flax flowers in the color of yellow.....I have seen pictures
showing it in blue...which is generally harvested into flaxseed oil seeds or made into capsules
as food supplement. Is this yellow type of flax also used for the same purpose? I love
the taste of ground flaxseed sprinkled over cooked oatmeal !
