This picture shows a very nicely executed joint. It again appears to be at the correct angle. However, the chamfer along the inside edge of the rim is at too severe an angle. The chamfer should start at the halfway point of the rim width and angle to the inside edge of the rim, almost to a point of meeting the aluminum rim. This rim has much too much wood remaining at that point. A correct chamfer can be seen in the following photograph.
