You can just see Abby's sympathy for me right?

Well I am back online after having to reinstall my XP I got the Trojan.Abwiz.F virus.

Such a pain in the butt. It disabled Norton Antivirus, removed me from Admin on my machine, disabled the ability to get to Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and then started churning out thousands and thousands of emails. So my machine got turned into a zombie spamming machine. But luckily I don't use this machine for anything other than photos. I don't even have an email client's smtp server and mail server configured on this machine so the virus couldn't actually send any emails ha ha but it took over so wonderfully that I couldn't do anything else.

Even the downloadable tool (fix) from Norton didn't remove it so I had to just swipe the hard drive and registry keys to reinstall everything. Good thing I keep all my photos on a second hard drive that wasn't affected.
