2nd Place +Little Princess by Ela

I would like to mention Barry's help for the post processing done on the eyes as the initial version shows almost no detail.

Ela, what I like most about this version is that it shows there's plenty of information in this exposure. In your first version I thought the pants and sock area was blown out - this version shows it exposed well. Also detail in the eyes is beginning to show up. This is a dear photo that's worth even more effort to make it it's best.

You're right Barry, I've lost some detail in the eyes while trying to accentuate face shadows. I still have lots to learn in PS so, I'll try to send you the original as I'm sure you can get something better. I gave it a second try since I wasn't quite happy with the sharpness. I'll post the replaced one in Originals.

Ela, a beautiful little girl and a dynamic composition. The eyes are the focal point of the photo, but they've gone black. There is a lot more information in those eyes and with a little tweaking there's a lot more life in this photo. If you want to email me (my address is in my profile in the KMTF) I can send you a version of your photo with a little eye work done.
