Hollyhocks in simulated 3D

I inadvertently moved the camera slightly when taking two successive photos of these double hollyhocks.
Not wanting to let the opportunity go by, I decided to combine them into an animated picture.
Using Photoshop, I overlaid one photo over the other and aligned them. I then opened them in ImageReady and used the two layers to create an animation.
Switching back and forth between the two perspectives creates the illusion of 3D.

This is amazing... had to forward the link to all my photo friends!!! TOM is SO clever... very amazing! I adore hollyhocks... sadly when we moved had to leave them behind all except for one I transplanted to my new home!!! Congrats on something very unique and inspiring!!! Carm
