What upsets me with this almost daily stop is that they expect their customers to remember a name as stupid as Venti non-fat caramel latte whip, while what I need is a "Large Coffee" (or even a "Cafe" some days, when my english is still sleepy and just my French is ready)!

I'm a "cafe mocha" gal, but your choice sounds much more interesting, Jen. :) I've always thought it would make a great "coffee-table book" to document the types of personalized coffee drinks that people order at a place like this. :)
