Graphics Challenge #44. Something Old Something New, that's the challenge theme for this week. The idea is to
create an image with something old and something new related along the same line, either directly or indirectly.

I heard someone talking about the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) on the news the other day, so
I decided to make a collage about Transportation & Communications - Old & New for this week's challenge. Everything is on it's
own layer with various blending modes. I put a map in the background lowered the opacity and I also used the Dark
Spectrum gradient for the background. The fonts are Nasalization (like in NASA) and Impact. I used PSE4 to make this collage.
