Visitors to the city of Pella, Iowa will surely stand in wonder and admiration when they drop by the Tourist Information center. The building was created in the form of a small windmill, with rotating blades and all. Pella was founded in 1847 when 800 Dutch immigrants settled there. The city still maintains it's Dutch heritage to this day and is famous for it's yearly Tulip Time festival.
