The last night in Bruxelles has the same sweet/bitter taste of a Kriek.
A Kriek might taste as an aberration to many purists of beer, actually it’s a Lambik, an artisan beer, brewed especially in Bruxelles region, aromatised with cherries, I could not drink it often, but once in a while, it gives a special feeling.
This last night in Bruxelles has for me the colour and the taste of a cold bottle of Kriek.
