Hi, I'm from Ljubljana and I once left my car parked on the other side of the street, few meters to the back from the position where this picture was taken. And I went to have a pizza in the open right here at one of the tables at the bottom left of this photo. When I came back, guess what, my car was clamped. That's how I found out that parking police in Ljubljana is not asleep at 9pm...
