Using Photoshop CS2 I used image/adjust/photo filter - Blue Photo Filter to tone down yellow. Eyes selected and with hue/saturation adjustment blue saturation increased a bit. Blur tool was used on background. Ended with a bit of cropping and extension of the yellow with the rubber stamp tool to fill in a spot next to the bottom of the arm. (With Photoshop Elements 2 I was able to get rid of the yellow cast by using the Enhance/ AdjustColor/Color Variations/Decrease Blue.
