Got some good exercise tonight as I walked with mom for warm-ups and then jogged on my own, then
sprinted around the soccer field in between push-ups! That felt good! Then I decided to take off
my socks/shoes and just walk on grass, Mom told me before that it was good to do this as you
relase your negative electrodes from your feet to the ground/grass. I don't know if I buy into that
but it just felt so relaxing walking bare feet on the cold cut grass.
