Visited my hometown, Gelsenkirchen, today. The city where more or less I spent the first 25 years of my life.
Donīt be there very often nowadays though itīs just around the corner.
But Gelsenkirchen is one of the cities where the football world championship will take place.
Today they started some festivities for the forthcoming event, and everything there is a bit more balla balla already than it is normally,
And even in normal times football is the most important thing in this town with one of the most famous and traditional football clubs in Germany.
