- Installed hand-scraped engineered glue-down walnut flooring.
- Added crown moulding to ceiling and upper cabinets.
- Added new baseboards.
- Wired stereo system through attic to provide pre-wired speakers at four locations in home.
- Painted with sateen Creme Provence on walls and flat Decorator White on ceiling.
- Replaced all switches, outlets, A/C registers, and faceplates.
