- Removed astroturf carpet from patio.
- Grinded and leveled concrete and replaced concrete section on patio.
- Laid Saltillo tile in diagonal pattern over patio. Covered with four coats of high gloss sealer.
- Replaced old slider with antique French doors (two sets).
- Built and installed decorative white rail fence around patio.
- Removed trees and shrubs to right of patio and giant cypress trees on left side of house.
- Planted new Queen palms, Sago palms, Majestic palm, Robellinis, banana trees and giant birds of paradise.
- Wired stereo system through attic to provide pre-wired outdoor speakers.
- Repainted patio cover.
