One of the funnier, cheesier things about the whole Elvis thing is that he had his background music on a tiny CD player. When he was getting near the end of a song, he'd croon his way over to the table with the CD player on it so that he could stop it at the end of the song. The video guy was also standing on the cord for his mike as he was trying to work the room and he'd yank on the cord and then give an Elvis snarl to the video-nerd till he got free again.
