I got a lot of strange looks as I was out on the street corner with my tripod...

I'd love to get at these! They are thistles? Usually thistles have more of a globe structure. Great flowers with great color--how's about trying one closer up? I can't do it so I have to beg someone else to.... **smile**

Nice shot Ron. I think a curves tweak pulling up the highlights and pushing down the shadows would help it a little.

Great color and sharpness. I like the 2-x arrangement too, although I'd crop a tad off the right side to make them fit the frame better.
