I was up early this morning reviewing canidate images for my portfolio and came across this one taken in August of 2004.

I created a duplicate layer, hit q for quick mask and painted with a soft brush around the brightest part of the mill, made the mask a selection, inversed and then applied a blur. Did a brightness/contrast adjustment layer. Flattened the layers and sharpened.
