Thanks for the comment. Your SP eye is definitely more difficult to shoot than the eye I shot yesterday. I tried not to get the flash reflection in the eye so shot without flash. I ended up with ceiling light reflections anyway.

I like your DoF for the iris and sclera. I wonder if shooting with a polarizing filter would take the reflection off the cornea? If you can figure a way to get rid of the distracting flash reflection, the photo would be more compelling.
