Took Hwy 1 home from Southern Calif..
Had an awesome day..
Started the morning- boardwalk
outside the motel- saw Dolphins in the distance
more sea lions & tide pool critters..

Drove up the coast- stopped by Vista Points
and the Elephant Seal Beach..

Now.. WHY no one in my family went..
Dawn- you're scared of heights..
what are you thinking to take
hwy 1 AFTER the Elephant Seal reserve.

station.. upon my request of
how is the rest of the road going north
for someone who is not good with heights..
Well.. may as well keep going..
more straitaways and cuts inland..
(that and second gear, got me through
the nervewracking parts..)
