In roughly a week the eaglet is now starting to grow his brown feather which is the color he will have for about five years. In this photograph the eaglet is on the left, the male is in the center and the female is on the far right. One interesting note is that when the two adults land as shown the dead tree sways very easily......and....the two adults continue to add nesting material everyday. It will be interesting to see if the nest lasts this season.
