As we were walking along, I heard the sound of the
train's warning whistle. I hurried to the tracks
to capture the locomotive as it swept by in front
of me. Imagine my disappointment when it turned
out to be one of those trains where they don't always
put the engine in front of the cars. I guess it saves
time not to make the change. A bit of drama (okay, a
lot of the mood, is lost when the train cars are the
first in view.
