Yes. The oil plugs used on the SOHC heads are metric....look at the box.

And yet, those plugs will thread into 1/8 NPT threads.

I included this pic because I have been looked at funny when I mention the "1/8th metric" oil plugs that I use on my SOHC heads. They may be 'metric', but.....
