The balloon was being tracked by a van towing a large trailer, they parked by the perimeter fence.
One of the guys from the van came into the field and attached a rope to the balloon.
The pilot then gave short blasts on the burners and the balloon rose 3 maybe 4 feet into the air.
The pilot kept doing this while the guy tugged on the rope and literally hauled the whole balloon and passengers closer to the waiting van, presumably to save dragging the balloon so far!
It was quite a sight watching that balloon bunny-hopping towards the waiting van.
