This is one of the rare places where the old PCT and the New PCT create a four way intersection. The old PCT comes in from the right from the Right Hand Fork of the Salmon River trail and descends left towards Kidder Creek. The new PCT trail was built in 1976.The picture is taken along the New PCT.
