Dango is made of mochiko or rice flour which is sticky and filling made into dumplings or molded small balls. There are many different varieties of dango like the ‘An-dango’, a dango with sweet bean paste filling, ‘Kinako dango’-a dango coated with toasted soy flour and many others. It is often served with green tea.
