These guys move often and fast. The lens seems sharp and caught his shoulder with fine detail but his head has a little blur. I'm guessing he flicked his head. Maybe some selective sharpening? Perhaps a good practice for birds might be to shoot in continuous to catch the right moment and delete the other images. Great colors and he's nicely isolated from the background.
