Picked up this Carl Zeiss 135mm on eBay for £30 ($50).

I'm having a hard time with the manual focus,
because it (or me!) does odd things. But when it hits
the spot around f5.6 - f8, it really does the job.

I'm trying to restrain myself from buying a new 5D, and
a whole new lens line up, using Zeiss and Leica. How long
before I give in...the Zeiss lenses are showing a whole new
side to the 20D. Would it be better to just invest in some new
Zeiss/Leica glass and wait??
