I had lunch with a Boracay legend, Mr. Willy or
"Tito" Willy, as I called him. He is the owner of
"Willy's" Resort on Boracay, and the man for
whom "Willy's Rock" was named after. Nice guy!

He is the man of the hour, the man with the power...
