The Velvet Elvis.

Wenatchee Washington

Rare view of a very Famous " Velvet Elvis" painting on silk. ( Quite a good likeness, don't you think??) The icying on the cake is the matching frame which really brings the true Elvis out making him " Almost Alive". This rare photo was purchased on a road side stand for the stealing price of 5.00!!!!!!!!

Elvis is dead, get over it! Where in Wenatchee did you hang Elvis?? Always a humor slant in your eyes and pics..

Monte, this is art of the highest order. The frame, too, is a masterpiece---sort of a combination of 1960s "op art," Native Indian themes, and graffiti scrawled by extra-terrestrials. Who would have thought that The King would resurface in Wenatchee, Washington? Maybe he’s big on apples. This image alone makes my PBase subscription worthwhile. You're on the right track for sharing this with us. I'm looking forward to the next logical step: elvisinwenatchee.com.
