King Trophy 59 Years in competition.

Donated in 1966 by Robin Hood members.

The members compete for this trophy only once a season, which is the very first shooting of the season. From 1957 to 1965 this competition existed, however The King Trophy was not donated until 1966. The trophy is awarded to the member who shoots off the first king bird of the season. In addition to receiving The King Trophy, the winner automatically gets the honour of always shooting first throughout the entire season. This honour includes all regular shootings and inter-club competitions, but does not include prize shootings
