Everyone's said it already, but just to reinforce how great it is! It's great! Excellent example of being in the right place at the right time.

a sad scene worth making people notice, well done ,the saddest thing is that most people walkingby dont even bother to look at these poor people.
well ,from a photographic point of view, perfect timing, a few mins later and you´dve missed the light, excellent shot.

There are so many fabulous aspects of this image, including the fact that his head is hidden by the darkness.
So telling.

It's the composition that makes this photo so compelling. Such an interesting mix of straight lines, including the subject. Big vote.

This is just pure brilliance. As fine a shot as I've seen. Beautiful and compelling, a gorgeous abstraction and fascinating documentary.

The abstractetd shadow on the left defines this as every person on the street tonight Ray. The colour contradicts their plight...beauty is only skin deep. A powerful and exceptional image. K

"Mondrian" impression of an urban street scene - turns the rough realitiy into a beauty of colors and graphical elements! Vote!

Great shot - works graphically but tells a (sad) story as well

Strong image. Great composition. Texture, color, light. Has it all. Shadow hiding identity is very symbolic. Your title is icing on the cake.

Incredible image. The rectangles of restrained hues of brick and concrete are an interesting prison backdrop for a dramatically lit scene. The fetal figure punctuates the concept with finesse.

Great street candid. Usually I try to remove colors in this kind of shots, but in yours colors work very well.
